Description
Over the Harbour is finished to a high standard, with its contemporary style, comfortable furnishing, and wonderful views of the Harbour and St Ives Bay. This apartment sleeps 4 and provide a great base for couples or a small family to enjoy all that St Ives has to offer.

From communal hallway, 19 steps to entrance.
Kitchen / Diner / Lounge: Larder fridge, electric oven and hob, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, Smart TV, Blu Ray player. From lounge area, Juliet balcony with outstanding views of the Harbour and St Ives Bay (including telescope).
Bedroom 1: Double bed (4’ 6), CD player/radio, hairdryer 2 bedside tables with drawers, chest of drawers.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3’), 2 small chest of drawers.
Shower Room: Shower with large cubicle, wash basin, wc and heated towel rail.
GARDEN AND PARKING: No garden and no parking - but public pay & display car parks nearby.
Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
