This 2 bedroom comfortable and attractive apartment sleeps 4, and is located on the second floor. Situated in an elevated position overlooking the heart of St Ives, its large picture windows in the lounge / dining area, provides amazing views over the town and harbour. A great location to explore the town, harbour and beaches. Only a 3-4 minute walk to the beautiful and popular family beach at Porthminster. For those not travelling by car, it is also easily accessible from the bus, coach and railway station.

Whilst independent it can also be booked in conjunction with Flat 2, 4 Fernlea Terrace to provide accommodation for larger groups (8 people + 2 children).
