Description

A cosy first floor apartment that sleeps 4, located in a terrace above Porthminster Beach with its own parking and spectacular sea views from the lounge and second bedroom. Comfortably furnished and equipped with hardwood flooring throughout. You can step out onto the private balcony and soak up the Cornish atmosphere and stunning views of Porthminster beach, St Ives harbour and the sea across to Godrevy Lighthouse and beyond. A gem of a location, to explore St Ives eateries, shops, Tate Gallery and the local sandy beaches.

FIRST FLOOR:
Lounge / Kitchen: TV, DVD player, coal effect electric fire, electric cooker, microwave, fridge, sea view from lounge.
Bedroom 1: Double bed (4'6"), 2 bedside tables with drawers, wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3'), wardrobe, with access to balcony and stunning views.
Bathroom: Shower over bath, grab rail, basin, w.c.

GARDEN AND PARKING: No garden but has balcony from second bedroom with seating and fantastic views. Allocated parking space for 1 car in a private car park located at the bottom of Primrose Valley (approx 250 yds from the property).

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 7:00pm - departure 9:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
