Bedroom: Kingsize bed (5'), (can be split to form two singles, please request at time of booking) built in wardrobe, dressing table & chair, heater.
Bathroom: Bath (shower off mixer taps over bath), basin, w.c.

GARDEN & PARKING: No garden or outside space. Allocated parking for 1 car in open private car park accessed to rear of the building, space No.43.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 7:00pm - departure 9:00am
Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent; wall heaters in lounge and bedroom.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels)
