Perfectly suited for a family wanting to enjoy a beach holiday, it’s only a few minutes’ walk down to the award winning Porthminster Beach, a family favourite for safe swimming with Lifeguard cover from May – September, there’s even an 18-hole mini golf course and water sports such as stand-up paddle boarding, surfing and kayaking you can try your hand at. It’s just a five-minute walk to the bustle of town with its independent shops, bars, restaurants and art galleries, where you could easily spend a day exploring the cobbled streets shopping or browsing, returning after a busy day to relax and take in a sunset. You also have the benefit of a secured parking space and a coin operated washing machine is available for guests use in the shared laundry room.
