This well-equipped property is conveniently located, within a few minutes’ walk down to Porthminster Beach, family favourite for safe swimming with Lifeguard cover from May – September, there’s even an 18-hole mini golf course and water sports such as stand-up paddle boarding, surfing and kayaking you can try your hand at, and it is just a five-minute walk to the bustle of town with its independent shops, bars, restaurants and art galleries.
