This well-equipped property is conveniently situated, within a few minutes’ walk down to Porthminster Beach and the pretty St Ives branch line, and it is just a five-minute walk to the bustle of town with its independent shops, bars, restaurants and art galleries. The apartment offers a relaxed open plan layout with flexible sleeping arrangements suitable for a couple or a small family, well-equipped with everything you might need to enjoy holiday away from home.

The property was in excellent condition. Sea view and very comfortable. Close to the beach and only a short walk to the town centre. Reserved parking an absolute bonus. 10 out of 10
