The apartment offers a relaxed open plan layout with flexible sleeping arrangements suitable for a couple or a small family, well-equipped with everything you might need to enjoy holiday away from home. It’s only a few minutes’ walk down to the award winning Porthminster Beach, a family favourite for safe swimming, there’s even an 18-hole mini golf course and the renowned Porthminster Beach Café serving up fresh local food some of which is even grown in their own adjoining garden.

Access to Property: From Garage: 15 steps up to property level. From the rear pedestrian entrance: 28 steps down to property level.

Great views from the apartment overlooking the sea, St Ives has lovely beaches and good places to eat. Please be careful of the seagulls as they will pinch your Cornish pasty from your hands.
