Description

This light and bright apartment is the perfect base for families to explore St Ives and the stunning coast path nearby. The patio area has some wonderful plants, making it the perfect place to dine al fresco when you return from a long day at the beach. Entrance is down 7 steps. 

FIRST FLOOR:
Lounge: TV/DVD player and log effect electric fire.
Kitchen/Diner: Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave and Radio/CD player.
Bedroom 1: Kingsize bed (5'), TV, DVD player and bay window with sea view towards Godrevy Lighthouse.

GARDEN & PARKING: On-site parking for 1 small/medium car on the private driveway at the entrance to the property. Patio area with table and chairs.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 7:00pm - departure 9:00am.
Pet Welcome: Maximum 1 dog allowed.
Power and Heat: Electricity and gas included in the rent. Gas central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

We found An Marghty to be in a great location because we could easily get to Porthmeor Beach and downtown in about 10 minutes. We were about 15 minutes from the train station. It is located at the top of a pretty steep climb, but this made the views and sunsets from our road and even from our bedroom outstanding. There was a little park around the corner to walk our dog. The bed and master bedroom were really comfy. The kitchen is beautiful and bright. The property is kind of long and skinny, and a bit dark in the middle, but very bright and sunny on both ends (kitchen and master bedroom). Even though a lot of places were still closed due to COVID, we really enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous little town.
