Set slightly away from the busy town centre, it comes with two outdoor patio areas with seating and parking for two cars in a shared driveway. A short walk downhill to the town centre will give you access to all the cafes, restaurants, shops and beaches.

Kitchen/Dining Room: Double electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, wall-mounted TV and door to utility/storage area and rear garden.
Bedroom 2:  Double Bed (4’ 6”), wardrobe, seating area, views of the sea and the Island.
Bedroom 3: Twin beds (3’), bedside unit.
Cloakroom: Basin and w.c.

Steps to half landing:
Bathroom: Corner bath, w.c. basin, shower cubicle, heated towel rail and cupboard which houses a washing machine and tumble dryer.

First Floor:
Bedroom 4: Twin beds (3’), bedside unit, wardrobe.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Travel cot, highchair and stairgate provided, please bring your own cot linen.
