A Grade II listed period property which has been lovingly re-styled, it makes a comfortable holiday home for a family or group of friends where your pet is welcome too out of the main season.In normal circumstances the nearby reserved parking space gives guests total freedom to come and go throughout the day.

PARKING: Price includes a reserved parking space for 1 car, located approx. 100 m away, overlooking Porthgwidden Beach.

Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 7:00pm - departure 9:00am.
Pets Welcome: Maximum 2 dogs from October to March.
Power and Heat: Gas & Electricity included in the price. gas fired c.h. Heated towel rail
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.2 ml.
