The perfect base for a family holiday, 12 Piazza offers spacious and contemporary accommodation, with stunning sea views that can be admired from the large picture window. Sleeping up to four guests, the property is conveniently positioned in the centre of St Ives, only a few minutes walk from local pubs, restaurants and art galleries, for which the town is famous for. Private parking for one car is provided.

FIRST FLOOR:
Kitchen: Electric oven, Induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, wine cooler.
Lounge/ Diner: TV,  DVD player, double sofa bed, picture window with panoramic sea views.
Balcony: Table and chairs, wetsuit drying hooks, sea views.
Bedroom 1: King size bed (5’), bedside tables, double wardrobe, TV, basin, sea views.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3’), bedside table, wardrobe.
Bathroom: Bath (electric shower over), basin, wc.

There is also a sofa bed available upon request allowing the property to sleep 6.  Please mention when booking if this is required.

GARDEN AND PARKING
Private balcony with table and chairs that overlooks the beach. Private access to the beach during the summer, weather permitting. Parking space No. 12 in the shared, secure lower level garage (space 7ft 6in wide approx).

Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent.
Bedding and Linen: Pillows and duvets included; bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Not provided but can be hired locally.
Shop: 0.1 mls. Pub: 0.1 mls.

Fantastic location and worth every penny, great that the property has parking and apartment had everything we needed., would highly recommend, the views were amazing, the crashing waves, the sunsets over the bay, the surfers, the dog walkers, just all added to the magic of overlooking such a beautiful beach
