With the beach just moments from the doorstep, you don’t have to worry about carrying your bucket and spade too far. The bustling harbour front, lined with boutique shops, award winning restaurants and art galleries is just a short stroll from the apartment. The property has the advantage of private parking, a rare feature in this sought after area of St Ives.

MEZZANINE:
Bedroom: Double bed (4’6”), twin beds (3’), bi-fold doors, bedside tables, basin. Please note the open stairs are not suitable for young children.

GARDEN AND PARKING
Private balcony with table and chairs that overlooks the beach. Private access to the beach during the summer, weather permitting. On-site parking in garage No. 10, dimensions 15ft L x 7ft 4in W x 6ft H (approx.).

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 7:00pm - departure 9:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Night storage heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.1 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. No pets. No WiFi. Mobile phone reception varies. Coin operated launderette on site.
