Situated on the first floor, 12 Barnaloft is a beautifully appointed two bedroom apartment that offers panoramic views over the famous Porthmeor Beach in St Ives. Ideally situated within easy walking distance to the bustling harbour front, there are a number of award winning restaurants, boutique shops and art galleries to keep you entertained during your stay, including the famous Tate St Ives. With the beach directly on your doorstep, this makes a great location for a family holiday.

Porthmeor beach is famous for its surf and fantastic sunsets throughout the year. If you don’t want to get your feet wet then you can simply admire the stunning views from your private balcony overlooking the beach.

FIRST FLOOR:
Kitchen/ Lounge/ Diner: Electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, smart TV,  DVD player, picture window with panoramic sea views.
Balcony: Table and chairs, sea views.
Bedroom 1: Double bed (4’6”), bedside tables, chest of drawers, TV, sea views.

GARDEN AND PARKING
Private balcony with table and chairs that overlooks the beach. Private access to the beach during the summer, weather permitting. On-site parking in garage number 3, dimensions: 13ft 6in L x 7ft 6in W x 6ft 10in H (approx.).

Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Convector heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
