Located on the ground floor, this two bedroom spacious apartment is on one level internally, providing easy access for all ages. Benefitting from private parking, the property is only two minutes walk from the bustling harbour front, providing plenty of shops, restaurants, art galleries and local pubs to keep you entertained. The famous Tate St Ives is just around the corner, and is certainly worth a visit for those interested in modern art.
