Centrally located in St Ives town, this property is within easy walking distance to a great selection of restaurants and shops, as well as an abundance of art galleries, including the famous Tate St Ives, for which the town is well recognised for.

10 Barnaloft is the perfect choice for a small family or group of friends looking to explore all that St Ives has to offer. Porthmeor beach offers a great selection of watersports activities all year round, and this property provides private access to the beach during the summer (weather permitting).

Six steps that lead to entrance:
GROUND FLOOR:
Kitchen: Electric hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge.
Lounge/ Diner: Sofa bed, TV with Blu-Ray player, radio/CD player, iPod docking station, picture window with panoramic sea views.
Patio: Table and chairs, sea views.

Bedroom 1: King size bed (5’), bedside table, wash basin, chest of drawers, TV.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3’), bedside table, wash basin, clothes storage.
Bathroom: Bath with shower over, basin, wc.

GARDEN AND PARKING
Private patio with table and chairs that overlooks the beach. Private access to the beach during the summer, weather permitting. No private parking but public pay and display car parks are nearby.

Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent; convector heating.
Bedding and Linen: Pillows and duvets included; bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Not provided but can be hired locally.
Shop: 0.1 mls. Pub: 0.1 mls.

NOTES: No smoking. No pets. WiFi available. Coin operated launderette on site. Mobile reception varies.
