Perched at the top of Barnoon Hill, this delightful terraced house is just a few minutes walk  from the beach and St. Ives Tate, and boasts fabulous views over St Ives Bay. Its convenient location, parking, garden and 2 sitting rooms makes this a gem of a cottage from which to base your St Ives holiday from.

Outside and Parking: Lovely garden to the front and seating, a small courtyard to the rear with outbuilding contacting washing machine and tumble dryer. Parking for 1 car on a shared driveway on Channel View.

Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 7:00pm - departure 9:00am.
Power and Heating: Gas & Electricity included in the rent. gas fired c.h. Wall heater in shower room, radiator in bathroom.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels. Please order unlinked beds in advance
Baby Equipment: Stairgate provided.
Beach: 0.3 ml. Shop: 0.3 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. No pets. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies.

We have stayed in the same property for a number of years because of its excellent position. It also has the added bonus of an extra sitting room in the loft from which you can see the sea and the harbour.
