This well equipped, open plan 2 storey apartment is centrally located in St Ives. From the living room you can enjoy over rooftop views out to sea and Hayle Towans.

Stairs from the ground floor entrance hallway lead to the first floor apartment.

FIRST FLOOR:
Kitchen/Diner/Kitchen: Open plan in layout. Double oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Dining table and chairs, sofas, TV with DVD player.
Bedroom 2:  Twin beds (3'), wardrobe, bedside cabinets and lovely sea views.
Bedroom 3: Bunk beds (3'), chest of drawers.
Bathroom: Bath (electric shower over), basin, w.c. 

A set of narrow steep stairs lead to the upper floor:
Bedroom 1: King sized bed (5'), chest of drawers, bedside cabinets, TV.  En suite Shower Room: Thermostatic shower, basin and w.c.

PARKING: Parking for 2 cars (one behind the other)

Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 7:00pm - departure 9:00am.
Pet Welcome: Maximum 1 small dog, £20 per week.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating. Heated towel rail.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Travel cot, high chair and stair gates provided, please bring your own cot linen.
