Located right in the heart of St Ives, this 3 storey, 2 bedroom house is perfectly placed for easy access to the town centre and its glorious array of galleries, restaurants, shops and beaches. It also benefits from having its own private parking in the form of a good sized integral garage underneath the property; a real rarity for central St Ives!
