Description
Sea Views apartment is sat in an elevated position with all rooms enjoying excellent views across St Ives. The kitchen is contemporary and well-equipped and on the first floor there is a spacious sun terrace with patio seating, accessed from the lounge/diner. The property is only a short walk to the many fantastic beaches in St Ives as well as the wide variety of restaurants, pubs, shops and galleries. The coastal path can be easily accessed offering a wonderful scenic walk or alternatively you can ride the train along the coast from St Ives to St Erth.

FIRST FLOOR:
Kitchen: Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, far reaching views.
Lounge/Diner: TV/DVD player, sofas, dining table and chairs, doors to balcony.
Balcony: Table and chairs, great views.
SECOND FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: King-size bedroom (5’), portable heater, great views.
Bedroom 2: Single bed (3’), bunk beds (3’), portable heater, great views.
Bathroom: Bath (electric shower over), basin, w.c.
OUTSIDE AND PARKING: Balcony with patio furniture and great views over St Ives. There is allocated parking for 1 car in the private car park to the front of the property.
Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 7:00pm - departure 9:00am.
Pets Welcome: Maximum 1 dog accepted; £20 per week.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Portable heater in lounge, heated towel rail in bathroom.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Travel cot and highchair provided, please bring your own cot linen.
Beach: 0.3 ml. Pub: 0.5 ml.
NOTES: No smoking. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies.
