Situated in an elevated position in St Ives with stunning views of the harbour, across the bay and out to sea. This comfortable and well-equipped accommodation is set all on one level and has a conservatory from which to enjoy the panoramic views. There is a paved patio area with seating directly outside the property which is ideal for alfresco dining on sunny days as well as a shared lawn to the front.

OUTSIDE AND PARKING: There is an outside area with patio furniture and room for drying clothes and a steep one-acre field with benches to the front of the property which is shared with Trehayes Haven next door. There is parking for two cars to the side of the property.
Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 7:00pm - departure 9:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent, heated towel rail in bathroom.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
