Description

This traditional cottage is located in a quiet and hidden part of St Ives, reached via a private pathway off of Dove Street. The property enjoys lovely sea views over the town and is only a five minute walk from the harbour and beach. There is a private garage for guests to use, a rare find in St Ives! The cottage is accessed through a small enclosed courtyard with an open plan living space on the ground floor featuring comfortable seating, dining area and a compact kitchen. Upstairs there is a king-size bedroom with a sea view as well as a single bedroom. The bathroom is on the ground floor with a shower over the bath.

GROUND FLOOR: 
Lounge/Kitchen/Diner: TV/DVD player, imitation coal gas fire, electric cooker, washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, microwave.
Bathroom: Bath (thermostatic shower over), basin, w.c.

FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: King size bed (5’), bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, fitted wardrobe, small TV.
Bedroom 2: Single bed (3’), bedside cabinet.

OUTSIDE AND PARKING: Small front yard. Private parking available in a nearby garage off Dove Street, close to the property.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 7:00pm - departure 9:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity and heating included in the rent.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided, please bring your own.
Shop: 0.1 ml. Beach: 0.3 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. No pets. No children under 4. WiFi available. Mobile phone coverage varies. The courtyard is locked at night and a key will be provided on your arrival. Private garage (garage number 1 - approx 6ft 11in W x 6ft H x 15ft 9in L) in a courtyard off Dove Street which is very close to the steps which lead to the property.
