This stunning three-storey townhouse is situated on the most prominent Private Terrace in St Ives providing easy access in just a few minutes to the best beaches, galleries pubs and restaurants that St Ives has to offer. With an interior worthy of a boutique hotel, this beautiful property is a stylish contemporary home with many individual features comprising of four double bedrooms. The property offers sweeping sea views of St Ives bay from the bedrooms and south facing terrace. There is also parking spaces for two cars. The front door to the property is accessed via a flight of steps.  A percentage of all earnings from your stay go towards supporting the St Ives RNLI.

GARDEN & PARKING: Raised decking area to the front offering the perfect spot to enjoy the coastal views. Small rear courtyard with outside tap. Allocated parking for two cars to the front of the house.

Pets Welcome: Maximum 1; £25 per week.
Power and Heat: Electricity and heating included in the rent, heated towel rail in bathroom
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen, towels and bathrobes provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Travel cot, highchair and stairgate provided, please bring your own cot linen.
Shop: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.1 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies. Please do not allow any pets on the beds. Hen/Stag parties are not permitted at this property.  Please note due to the external steps and steep internal stair case this property may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.


St Ives is one of Cornwall's top destinations and a beautiful seaside town where visitors can enjoy a traditional beach holiday with a twist. It's easy to understand why the town has been attracting painters, sculptors and ceramists for decades with its stunning scenery and natural quality of light- one of only four Tate Galleries in the world is located here in the heart of the town. The town itself arcs around the working harbour- the heart of the historic fishing community. You could lose yourself for hours in the charming cobbled streets which are crammed with gift and craft shops, art galleries, top notch restaurants and welcoming local pubs- a real treasure trove just waiting to be explored!

St Ives also has four fabulous beaches, Porthmeor, Porthgwidden, Harbour beach and Porthminster which between them offer miles of golden sand and hours of building sand castles, playing in the rock pools and other family friendly activities. Dogs are welcomed out of season. Throughout the year, St Ives has a busy event calendar including the St Ives Food & Drink Festival in May and a Music & Arts Festival in September.
