Description
Seaways provides the perfect year-round location for a holiday with family & friends to enjoy the countryside views. Seaways with its fully equipped kitchen, 50" television, large sundeck and barbecue areas provides lots of space and privacy for everyone to enjoy. A designer log burner adds to the ambience for those cooler months. Waiting for you on arrival will be a complimentary fresh Cornish Cream Tea - a great way to start the holiday.
St Levan is a rural parish at the tip of West Cornwall, with Sennen on the north west, St Buryan to the north east and to the south by the sea. The parish is largely rural and consists of scattered villages, farmland, cliffs and isolated sandy beaches. Close by is the world famous open air Minack Theatre, carved out of the rocks.
GROUND FLOOR:
Lounge: 50" flatscreen TV with Freeview, DVD Player, woodburner.
Kitchen/Dining Room: Large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, hob and electric oven.
Bedroom 1: Double bed (4'6" - can be unzipped to form twin beds, please request at time of booking).
Bedroom 2: Double bed (4'6"), chest of drawers.
Bathroom: Shower over bath, basin, heated towel rail, WC.
GARDEN AND PARKING:
Large private garden with decked area and BBQ, sun chairs and countryside views. There is ample parking for two cars.
Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Pets Welcome: Up to 2 pets are welcome. £25 per week per pet
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Electric heating throughout and large woodburner in lounge.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and cotton towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Coast: 1 ml. Pub: 1 ml.
NOTES: No smoking. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies. Children of all ages very welcome.
