Set within the peaceful rural village of Trezelah only 2 miles from Penzance, Rosemergy offers an idyllic retreat perfect for the whole family. This charming cottage has an abundance of character features including slate flooring, granite stone walls and of course the wood burning stove for those cooler evenings. On the ground floor the large entrance hall leads you to a spacious kitchen and dining room, with handmade kitchen units and Nobel range which is fired up from autumn to spring. Off the kitchen there is a large double bedroom with pot-bellied wood burner and patio doors that lead out to the pretty garden. Also on the ground floor are two further twin bedrooms and the family bathroom. On the first floor there is an open plan sitting room and patio doors that lead you to a balcony with gorgeous countryside views across the Penwith landscape. Off the living room there is the master double bedroom with en-suite shower room and nursery.
Trezelah is a small hamlet situated a five minute drive north of Penzance in West Cornwall. Surrounded by fields with gorgeous views of the Penwith Moorlands, otherwise known as Poldark country, this location is perfect for those looking to explore this rugged landscape. The popular tourist destinations of St Ives, Marazion and Land’s End are all within a 30 minute drive, as well as some of Cornwall’s finest beaches including the tropical paradise of Porthcurno.
This property provides a small group discount for groups of 6 or less for certain dates throughout the season.

Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent; central heating throughout. Nobel range fired from October to May, wood burner in living room and bedroom 1.
Bedding and Linen: Pillows & duvets included; bed linen and towels provided (Please bring your own beach towels).

Absolutely amazing holiday and property, thank you!
We had a lovely stay at this cottage/farmhouse. It was so warm and cosy with a modern woodburner in the living room and a warm AGA in the kitchen. It is a very spacious house too so it was great for our family get together. The property is not the most modern so if you are looking for a more rustic/country feel this place is ideal. We loved waking up and going for walks in the country side. There is a footpath right by the property so it was ideal! It was also a great location as it was not too far from penzance for all your supplies. Overall we had a lovely stay, thank you!
Penzance is an historic port, well known for being the most westerly major town in Cornwall. The town has an abundance of palm trees and sub-tropical gardens located throughout, a sure sign that you have arrived somewhere truly special, made even more distinctive by the sight of St Michael's Mount out to sea.
Take a stroll along the town's streets and discover the characteristic pubs, top notch restaurants, antique shops, art galleries and more or have a wander along the promenade, grab some fish and chips and sit on the seafront. If you fancy something a bit different, enjoy one of the harbour boat trips, sea safaris or fishing excursions.
The fantastic beaches of Perranuthnoe, Porthcurno, Lamorna Cove, Kenneggey Sands and Praa Sands are all located nearby.
