This traditional, detached Cornish farmhouse is found in the most beautiful, scenic spot sitting proud atop a hill overlooking the bay with miles of the South West Coast Path accessible from your front door. With splendid, uninterrupted views across rolling countryside to the sea beyond, they will take your breath away. Originally built from local granite it features solid walls, an impressive inglenook fireplace with woodburning stove, charming furnishings, spacious rooms and a real sense of history. Kemyel Wartha Farmhouse is a peaceful, homely property and a perfect location from which to explore the outstanding coastline and coves in this secluded corner of Cornwall.

For those unfamiliar with this area you will find many interesting places to visit, a deep sense of heritage and a magical quality to the atmosphere. Nearby are the Merry Maidens – one of the country’s well-preserved, ancient stone circles consisting of 19 granite stones that form a perfect circle. Walk along the coast path to Mousehole where you will find a village which still has the flavour of an old Cornish fishing village with colourful cottages tucked around a harbour draped with nets, lobster pots and crowded with boats. Sit on the harbour wall enjoying a local clotted cream ice cream watching the fishermen go about their daily jobs. Just a few miles distant pay a visit to the delight that is the Minack Theatre – the most fantastic setting to see a play and you might even spot some dolphins passing by.
