Description

Mousehole, on the west coast of Cornwall, is renowned for its charming harbour area and narrow streets full of little stone cottages and visitors marvel at the quaintness of it all. Mizpah is a traditional, granite-built cottage in the heart of the village with its own parking space and so close to the village centre to walk to everything. The harbour is a hive of activity with fishing boats and pleasure craft coming and going and you can while away the hours taking it all in. The position of the cottage means that you have some lovely far-reaching sea views from the main bedroom and a pretty garden for relaxing and dining out in.

Freshly-caught fish is on the menu of many of the local eateries and there is a good range of restaurants and pubs on hand. This stunning corner of Cornwall is famous for some major landmarks such as St Michael's Mount, which you can walk to over the causeway at low tide. Other attractions include the Telegraph Museum at Porthcurno as well as the spectacular Minack Theatre cut into the cliff overlooking the ocean. Visitors are always astounded by the view here.

Mizpah is next door to Carvosso and can be let together making accommodation for 8 people.

Another magical Christmas in Moushole. We loved the log burner, the cottage is immaculate and has everything you could ever need. A very friendly owner who helped us in with our bags! Thank you for a wonderful Mizpah Christmas!

One of the nicest small cottages I've stayed in and a great location.

Really enjoyed our stay. Had great weather and have made good use of the garden. The cottage is first class and spotless. We would recommend Mizpah to anyone.

Super cottage, with everything we needed and views of the sea. It is very conveniently located and is very useful to have parking. Great little garden too. Eating out was very good in the village. There are some great walks from here. I'd recommend this cottage very highly.

Pulsford family, Isle of Wight
