Chy Merthen is ideally located just a short walk from the centre of the pretty village of Marazion. Benefitting from an elevated position, stunning views of Mounts Bay and the iconic St Michael's Mount can be enjoyed from all principle rooms. Tastefully decorated and furnished throughout with a well-equipped modern kitchen, comfortable lounge and separate dining room, this is a real home from home. The double and twin bedrooms look out over the Mount to the front of the property, whilst the rear single bedroom enjoys a lovely rural outlook. The property has front and rear gardens of good size with patio seating and lawns plus allocated parking space for two cars. There is a children's play park across the road.
Chy Merthen is next door to Chy Merthen East. The two properties can be rented together to accommodate up to seven for a 10% discount (excludes school holidays).
