Ky Sim is a beautiful detached bungalow approximately 600 yards away from Carbis Bay Beach and nearby shops. With a pretty secluded garden with a picnic bench and a parking space on the driveway with additional parking to the front of the property.

GROUND FLOOR:
Lounge: TV, gas fire.
Kitchen/Diner: Electric hob and oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge, table and chairs.
Bathroom: Small bath, electric shower over the bath, w.c, wash basin, heated towel rail.
Bedroom 1: Double bed (4’6”), 2’6” bed, TV, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table lamps.
Bedroom 2: 2 x small single beds (2’6”), TV, chest of drawers, bedside table, lamp.

Parking and garden: Parking on the driveway, additional parking on the road, secluded garden with picnic table.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.4 ml. Pub: 0.6 ml.
