8 Trevose is a modern ground floor apartment situated in a convenient location in Carbis Bay, close to local amenities and just a short stroll from the stunning golden sands beach. The apartment has been finished to a high standard throughout and has the added benefit of an allocated parking space as well as accepting pets. 8 Trevose is an ideal base for exploring the local area, with easy access to the South West Coast Path and the popular holiday destination of St Ives being only two miles away.
Lounge/Kitchen/Diner: Smart TV, electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, larder fridge, small tabletop freezer.
Bedroom 1: Double bed (4'6"), bedside units, chest of drawers, freestanding wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: Bunk beds (3'), chest of drawers.
Bathroom: Bath (thermostatic shower over), basin, w.c.
OUTSIDE & PARKING: No outside space. Allocated parking for one car provided.
Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Pets Welcome: Maximum 1; £20 per week.
Power and Heat: Electricity and heating included in the rent. Electric heaters throughout.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

Located on the outskirts of St Ives, Carbis Bay is one of Cornwall's five award-winning Blue Flag beaches. Carbis Bay is a large sandy beach with is excellent for bathers or small children, as the waters generally always remain calm with watersports such as kayaking and stand up paddleboarding on offer. Dogs are welcome in winter, or in the early mornings during the main season.
Carbis Bay is just a short train ride to the centre of picturesque St Ives or you can take a leisurely stroll along the coastal path to St Ives, Lelant or the nearby town of Hayle. Bird watchers can walk along the east side of the beach at low tide where you'll find Porth Kidney and the RSPB bird sanctuary, an important home for seabirds.
