Whip up a meal in the kitchen with the local produce you purchased earlier in the day, and serve up on the suntrap balcony. Catch up over a drink, or take your party to the comfy sofas to warm up in front of the open fire. At bedtime, choose from four delightful bedrooms, made up of a king, twin and two singles, all with exceptional estuary views. Wake up refreshed and ready to take on the day with a cuppa while sat in the enclosed terraced garden.

Make the most of your village location with morning strolls down to the quay. Immerse yourself in a maze of winding, narrow streets, watch the working boats bobbing in and out of the harbour and enjoy tasty pub lunches. Hop onto the ferry to Fowey, where modern restaurants and seaside fish and chip shops welcome you. Enthusiastic walkers will enjoy the accessibility to South West Coast Path – a 630-mile route which boasts craggy clifftops, rugged woodlands and is a bird spotters’ paradise.

Wonderful situation with one of the best views in Polruan, but property needs attention and cleaning was grossly inadequate. This was our fifth stay at the property in 4 years.

Beautiful locations with views everywhere! Peace and quiet away from it all, quaint town with local sites to see and plenty of walking, be ready for the hills! Just what we wanted, our dogs loved it!

Pencarrow has a wonderful view over the Fowey estuary. A good comfortable house to stay in.

Stunning views from this property were a big aspect of our wonderful stay here and even better than the photos show! Perfect location for walking around the village and popping on a boat to Fowey. The decor of the house is lovely and relaxing. Polruan is more remote than I had realised, so it was a 30 min drive to the nearest vets! Was delighted the moment we opened the front door. The spectacular view put my mind completely at rest having been somewhat worried at booking a property which we had not visited before. Very pleased with the standard of service given by your staff prior to our arrival in Polruan .
