Embark on a romantic retreat on the Cornish coast to this charming apartment which boasts a quirky open-plan living space where you’ll love cooking, eating and relaxing together. East Looe Beach can be found less than half a mile away for a quintessential seaside experience with fine fish restaurants and ice cream vendors just steps away from the sands.

As you enter the open-plan living space, you’ll find the lounge area equipped with pastel-toned furnishings which create a relaxing environment where you can kick back and relax on the sofa with your favourite film on the TV. A cosy window seat offers a perfect spot to sit and read a good book, whilst the extendable dining table for two ensures ample space to enjoy a feast together. The kitchen is full of character with royal blue tiles contrasting against the cream cabinets offering a compact area to cook which has everything you’ll need during a holiday. At bedtime, wash off the sand in the bathroom’s spacious rainfall shower before sinking into a slumber in the double bedroom.

Hop aboard one of the boat trips from Looe Harbour, whether you want to see Looe Island and its wonderful collection of rare plants, or you’d prefer to board on a glass-bottom boat to see into the depths of the sea. Follow the Looe River towards Kilminorth Woods (2 miles) for a change of scenery where the towering ancient trees meet the water, offering a picturesque spot for a picnic whilst the wildlife buzzes nearby. Plan a trek on the South West Coast Path towards Seaton Beach (5 miles) or Fowey (10 miles) to walk hand in hand over the cliff tops, besides quaint beaches and past historic monuments for a trip you’ll remember.

Stayed in quite a few self catering accommodation in Looe but this apartment was the best. Great location, spotless clean, comfy bed and everything you needed was there. Will be back again at new year. Thanks for a lovely stay.

The bed is advertised as being a double when it is actually a queen, this meant that we couldnt both sleep in the bed as it no room to move. Thankfully the sofa is comfortable. There is a washing machine available but it took half an hour to find the key and couldnt actually open the door to access it. Would advise people to sort out the car park ticket 24hr before you arrive so dont pay extra. Hide
