Vin da Looe is a fantastic, spacious apartment for a couple looking for a quiet spot away from the hussle and bustle of everyday life. Situated up East Looe hill, only half a mile from a pub serving good food and within a 10 minute walk of the restaurants and shops of Looe town. Staying at Vin da Looe you will be spoilt with your own private parking and a fantastic enclosed outdoor area, which includes an amazing covered gazebo complete with barbecue area, pool table and dart board, the perfect space to relax.
LOWER GROUND FLOOR reached directly from the parking area by an external flight of 26 metal steps with intermediate landing:
Sun Room: Sliding doors to the garden, comfy seating and dining area with views to the garden
Kitchen: Electric oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, freezer in the gazebo, (access to tumble dryer available on request).
Lounge: Large sofa (which can be used as a sofa bed for a child over the age of 10 - please enquire), TV, dressing area incorporating chest of drawers, wardrobe
Bedroom: King size bed (5'), bedside tables, CD player
Bathroom: Bath (electric shower over), basin, w.c.
GARDEN & PARKING: Private parking for 1 car. Fabulous wooden gazebo with garden furniture, electric griddle, pool table and dartboard and pleasant woodland outlook.
Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am

The town of Looe has charming narrow streets leading down to a picturesque harbour, and is split into East and West Looe by the river that runs through it, and on down to the beach. Looe's sandy beach has a little cafe where you can linger over a cup of coffee while people-watching or admiring the view.
There are a number of lovely cafes, as well as restaurants and pubs to choose from, making this a great destination for the foodies among you. You will have the opportunity to buy freshly-caught fish from the market on the quay, or if you fancy it, go out on a fishing trip to have a go at catching your own!
If you don't fancy fishing, a good alternative boat trip is to Looe Island, where you can find some lovely examples of rare plants, and spot plenty of wildlife, including grey seals and seabirds. Looe Marine Conservation Group can give you more information about the island and its wildlife.
Looe is said to be a wonderful place to enjoy the New Year festivities, a time when many happy party-goers in fancy dress descend upon the town to soak up the atmosphere and enjoy a magnificent display of fireworks.
