Swan Cottage is a charming two-bedroom cottage situated in West Looe and less than a minute walk on the flat from the working harbour and quay. Although quietly tucked away, the property is conveniently located to explore both West Looe and the pretty Hannafore seafront with its rock pools, pitch and putt and eateries. Looe’s oldest pub and two convenience stores are only yards away. The fresh interiors have been newly renovated along with new furniture to provide a light, airy and contemporary vibe fused with the charming character of the property to create a perfect escape for a family or a couple.
This beautiful comfortable property really allows you to just sit back and relax. It has a spacious open-plan living area and a very well equipped kitchen. Not forgetting your own enclosed courtyard complete with barbecue, outside seating and lush potted greenery for those perfect Cornish summer evenings.

Excellent property very comfortable and well equipped. It's in an ideal location for transport, shops and all areas of looe. Loved the coastal walk to polperro
Looe is delightful; very friendly and plenty to do. Very handy to have regular buses into Polperro and Plymouth for a bit of variety. Nice shops and some very good restaurants; we particularly like Papa Nino’s and The Courtyard (where we can take the dog).
The town of Looe has charming narrow streets leading down to a picturesque harbour, and is split into East and West Looe by the river that runs through it, and on down to the beach. Looe's sandy beach has a little cafe where you can linger over a cup of coffee while people-watching or admiring the view.
There are a number of lovely cafes, as well as restaurants and pubs to choose from, making this a great destination for the foodies among you. You will have the opportunity to buy freshly-caught fish from the market on the quay, or if you fancy it, go out on a fishing trip to have a go at catching your own!
If you don't fancy fishing, a good alternative boat trip is to Looe Island, where you can find some lovely examples of rare plants, and spot plenty of wildlife, including grey seals and seabirds. Looe Marine Conservation Group can give you more information about the island and its wildlife.
Looe is said to be a wonderful place to enjoy the New Year festivities, a time when many happy party-goers in fancy dress descend upon the town to soak up the atmosphere and enjoy a magnificent display of fireworks
