This fantastic, spacious first floor apartment only yards from Hannafore sea front boasts the most superb sea views across Hannafore out to Looe island. The views can be enjoyed from the lounge / kitchen/ diner, framed by the large french doors opening up onto the balcony - the perfect spot to watch sunrise to sunset. Whilst staying at Apartment Clive you will have access to the ground floor enclosed tiered garden with and pretty pond and further sea views can be enjoyed. This apartment is the perfect holiday destination for those wanting to explore this part of Cornwall.

GARDEN & PARKING: Parking for one average size car in a car port directly outside the apartment, or unrestricted on road parking directly outside the apartment. Approximate car port measurements are 18 ft long, 7ft 11" wide and 5ft 11" High. Balcony with garden furniture off lounge, shared use of enclosed rear garden with tiered lawns, pond, garden furniture and further sea views.
Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.

Map
The town of Looe has charming narrow streets leading down to a picturesque harbour, and is split into East and West Looe by the river that runs through it, and on down to the beach. Looe's sandy beach has a little cafe where you can linger over a cup of coffee while people-watching or admiring the view.
There are a number of lovely cafes, as well as restaurants and pubs to choose from, making this a great destination for the foodies among you. You will have the opportunity to buy freshly-caught fish from the market on the quay, or if you fancy it, go out on a fishing trip to have a go at catching your own!
If you don't fancy fishing, a good alternative boat trip is to Looe Island, where you can find some lovely examples of rare plants, and spot plenty of wildlife, including grey seals and seabirds. Looe Marine Conservation Group can give you more information about the island and its wildlife.
Looe is said to be a wonderful place to enjoy the New Year festivities, a time when many happy party-goers in fancy dress descend upon the town to soak up the atmosphere and enjoy a magnificent display of fireworks.
