Surrounded by countryside and set in the peaceful hamlet of Trew, Jobs Cottage is a well-equipped and beautifully furnished cottage. Tastefully decorated with cosy Danish styling in mind, the ground floor offers spacious living accommodation two wood burning stoves. Upstairs are two light and airy bedrooms overlooking the garden and a fabulous family bathroom.  and  with a large garden and private off road parking. 

Outside are large enclosed gardens, patio terrace and a gravel driveway.

Jobs Cottage is ideally located for exploring the south west of Cornwall, just a 5 minute drive from the historic fishing harbour of Porthleven and 10 minutes from the long sandy beach of Praa Sands.

GROUND FLOOR:
Living Room: Smart TV, comfy sofas, large inglenook with wood burning stove, porch access to gardens.
Kitchen/Breakfast Room: Well-equipped with gloss kitchen units, Rangemaster range cooker with electric fan double oven, under counter fridge, separate freezer, breakfast table.
Dining Room: Dining table, chairs, wood burning stove.
Utility: Plenty of space for storing your outdoor gear and muddy wellies with sink and washing machine.
Cloakroom: Basin, w.c.

FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: Kingsize bed (5'), wardrobe, drawers, full length mirror, bedside cabinets, views overlooking the garden.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3' - zip and link, can be made into Super Kingsize bed on request), wardrobe, bedside cabinets.
Bathroom: Large walk-in shower with rainfall shower, free-standing bath, basin, w.c.

GARDEN AND PARKING:
Large enclosed south facing garden laid to lawn, paved terrace with patio furniture, angled parasol and BBQ, gravel driveway with parking for two cars and cute folly style playhouse.

Pets Welcome: Maximum two dogs welcome; £25 per week per pet
Power and Heating: Electricity included in the rent. Oil-fired central heating with radiators.
