Trenance is a traditional Cornish granite cottage in the heart of Porthleven, decorated with effortless style throughout, this family cottage is a real home from home. Off the entrance hall there is a beautifully furnished living room with woodburner for cosy nights in; a separate dining room and well-equipped kitchen can be found to the rear of the property. You can enjoy countryside views from both front facing bedrooms upstairs which have lovely feature fireplaces. Outside to the rear of the cottage is a raised terraced garden* with a patio and seating area overlooking the countryside. Porthleven is a vibrant fishing village with a good choice of restaurants, galleries and pubs. The beach is just a 10-minute walk from the cottage and at low tide, west of the harbour entrance, are excellent rock pools. Trenance is ideally located for exploring the South Cornish Coast and The Lizard Peninsula.

Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Electric heating throughout and woodburner with logs provided in winter.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
