The Old Sunday School is a great place to stay for 6/8 people. Unusual space and Very good value. Plenty of individual and communal space. Lovely courtyard garden and perfectly situated for the harbour, cafes, pasties, ice cream and walks to. LoeBar and Helston. Good bus services so no need to use the car unless you want to.

Prof Rache Edwards,

Had a fabulous week, 8 of us had plenty of space and the open plan living area has been so comfortable! Porthleven is a wonderful place with lots of great eateries, drinking holes and friendly people - we can't wait to come back!!! ***** (5 star). Praa Sands is a wonderful beach for body boarding and the kids had great fun crabbing and jumping in the harbour!

We can recommend Kernow Coasteering (if you are fit and able!) for a great day/morning out and we enjoyed surfing with Dan Joel Surf School at Poldhu Cove. Minack Theatre (Tosca) was a highlight (take all weather gear!) and somehow we managed St. Ives (Tate Modern) & Penlee House Art Gallery and Museum, Penzance. We have spent a busy 7 days and go home rested from the humdrum of life! (Also, walked round the Lizard and enjoyed a late swim at Kynance Cove).

We have stayed in many properties in Porthleven over the years and this is by far the most spacious. We were visiting for Flora Day in Helston and have had a lovely time. We think the property is lovely and well-equipped. Overall, a fantastic place and we would recommend it to others who needed a property of this size.

A fabulous conversion, definitely with the wow factor! The 6 adults and 2 youngsters loved the character and space, and we enjoyed Porthleven, with its beach, harbour and good restaurants, as well as the surrounding area including Great Expectations at the Minack. We loved it! Thank you!
