Description
This lovely, Victorian period house provides a good amount of space for a family holiday in the highly-regarded harbour town of Porthleven. All rooms are of good proportions and with an additional den and quiet reading room complete with telescope, there is room to spread out. It faces south-west and on a clear day you can see out towards Land's End and The Lizard Peninsula.
The Manse is set in a terrace of cottages overlooking the town with views across the rooftops to the sea beyond and everything in the village is within walking distance. There is lots to do in the area with many family-friendly attractions just a short drive away.
GROUND FLOOR:
Living Room: Freeview TV, DVD player, iPod dock/CD/radio, woodburning stove, sea views.
Dining Room: Dining space for six, sideboard.
Den: Sofabed, TV, books and games, small pool table.
Kitchen: Electric oven, fridge, dishwasher.
Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble dryer.
Cloakroom: Basin, wc.
Shower: Small shower suitable for washing wetsuits or sandy feet.
FIRST FLOOR:

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
