Situated on a quiet road of Porthleven, Beyond the Blue is tastefully decorated throughout and is in close proximity of all the local amenities.
With parking for two cars on a private driveway, the front door opens into a passage way which leads straight through to the back garden with access to the utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and entry to the garage.
The open plan kitchen/diner has a newly fitted modern kitchen and stylish breakfast bar with stools, plus dining table and seating with patio doors opening out onto the back courtyard.
With views of the countryside and out towards the harbour, the lounge has a comfortable L-shape sofa and swivel chair with footrest, woodburner, 55" smart TV with Sonos speaker. The property benefits from Superfast Fibre WiFi. The downstairs bathroom has a shower, basin and WC.
Upstairs, the master bedroom has kingsize bed, walk-in wardrobe and spectacular views across the countryside and out to sea, an idyllic view whilst enjoying a cup of tea in bed. The second bedroom has zip-&-link beds, which can be made up as either a kingsize or two singles upon request, and a built in wardrobe.
The upstairs bathroom is a luxury wet-room with large rainfall shower, counter top basin, underfloor heating, heated towel rail and WC.
The fully enclosed courtyard at the rear of the property is of a contemporary design and enjoys the sun for the majority of the day. The summer house, which has running water, heating, lighting and electric, can be a welcome relief from the midday sun. There are also outside taps available.

This was the nicest rental property we have stayed in. We loved everything about this cottage and hope to go again. It is the first property where we felt we could move into.
The whole house was lovely, everything was first class. I could move in the house quite happily.
Set on the west coast of the spectacular Lizard Peninsula, the little harbour town of Porthleven is the quintessential Cornish fishing port. Centred around the harbour, it boasts an array of cafés, restaurants and galleries and exudes a chilled, relaxed atmosphere. Porthleven is the most southerly working port in the UK, with fishing boats operating out of the harbour. This makes the town a great spot to enjoy some delicious seafood, straight from the fishing boats to the restaurants, it couldn’t be fresher!
Porthleven beach can be accessed from the town itself and provides a long expanse of sand which is separated into segments by several rocky outcrops. While away the glorious summer days relaxing on the beach with a locally made ice cream in hand!
Situated part way along a huge sweeping bay, it faces the Atlantic Ocean and is often on the receiving end of some mighty winter storms! A fabulous destination for a winter break; marvel at the awe-inspiring waves pounding the harbour walls from the cosy safety of the local pub!
The surrounding area doesn’t disappoint either; located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the views from every cove or clifftop are picture-perfect. Travel north-west and you’ll reach Marazion, home of St Michael’s Mount – an absolute ‘must’. South takes you to the tip of the Lizard Peninsula, Lizard Point, one of Cornwall’s most iconic spots.
You won’t tire of the walks and stunning scenery, but if you fancy a day out, try the Seal Sanctuary, Flambards or Trebah Gardens. Or, go a little further afield and you can explore Penzance, Land’s End and St Ives.
