This spacious family home resides in a peaceful location in the idyllic hamlet of Gunwalloe and is just a short walk to the beach and South West coastal path. The Smithy has been lovingly renovated throughout and comfortably sleeps up to six guests, benefitting from a generously-sized garden that features an outdoor game room and a secret garden area bordering a stream. There is plenty of parking space on the driveway and the property has been well-equipped with everything you could need for a relaxing holiday in Cornwall.
An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Gunwalloe is in a beautiful location with stunning scenery to enjoy. You can embark on a clifftop walk along the South West coastal path and around Loe Bar, the largest natural lake in Cornwall. Just a five minute walk from the property is the popular pub and restaurant 'The Halzephron Inn', a historic and famous inn serving a varied menu of fresh local food. The picturesque fishing village of Porthleven is also within easy driving distance from Gunwalloe and offers a wide variety of pubs, restaurants and shops to try.

Power and Heat: Electricity and heating included in the rent. Central heating throughout.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Stairgate and travel cot provided, please bring your own cot linen.
