This absolutely charming conversion of the former coach house to The Redlands provides a most spacious and comfortable retreat in a fantastic location. With a wealth of character, lovely features and a wonderful conservatory bordered with planted lilies, this haven from the outside world is just a delight in which to stay. The well-maintained and pretty garden is sheltered by trees and shrubs and has a stile to get to the footpath to the beach. Located by the National Trust land of Trevose Head only two minutes' walk to Mother Ivey's Bay, ten minutes' walk to Booby's Bay and right next to the championship golf course of Trevose Golf and Country Club. The headland is the highest point of land for miles and consequently the views from there are stunning. Also on the headland will be found the lifeboat station and Trevose lighthouse - if they are open they are well worth a visit. This unspoilt area is well served by a number of glorious sandy beaches and there are pubs and restaurants within a mile or two.

Kitchen: Refrigerator, small freezer below, built in electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, washer/dryer, small worktop dishwasher.
Bedroom: Super kingsize bed (6'), cupboard with rail, chest of drawers, hair dryer.
Lounge/Diner: TV, DVD player.
GARDEN & PARKING: Parking for one car. The lovely garden is sheltered by walls, shrubs and hedges. A stile at the bottom of the garden gives access to a path leading to the beach; a two minute walk (note that occupants of The Redlands also cross the bottom of the garden to get to the stile. Also there is an electric fence located near the stile so please be aware and keep dogs on a lead at all times). Folding loungers provided.
Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Pet Welcome: Maximum 1 dog; £25 per week (garden not enclosed so pet will need to be supervised at all times).
Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent; panel heaters throughout, coal effect electric fire sitting room; hot water electric immersion.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels).
Shop: 1 ml Pub: 1 ml
NOTES: No smoking, no short breaks, Gardener will attend the property for 2 hours from 4pm every Monday and Tuesday. No children under the age of 18. WiFi provided. Important information about internet usage. Telephone provided - You are expected to monitor your calls and leave a cheque to the owner in payment for calls. Information about mobile phone coverage.
