This classy, comfortable and spacious modern property is perfect for a family holiday or a break with a group of friends. The Beach House lives up to its name, providing a relaxed, coastal style using natural wood, slate and seagrass. Boasting some impressive eco credentials, it is set on the edge of the village and benefits from extensive countryside views and a tantalising glimpse of the sea and the cliff top Round Hole above Trevone's sandy beach which is ideal for surfing and building sandcastles. The beach and coastal footpath are a mere 10 minutes' walk and a short way along the South West Coastal path. Past Trevone's second, rocky beach you'll find Harlyn Bay where you can learn to surf with the surf school. In the cooler months the underfloor heating and wood burning stove ensure a warm welcome awaits you on your return to the property.

Trevone is another of those areas that become a favourite spot for many people once they discover it. With two beaches, one rocky, where you can spend hours exploring the rock pools, fishing net in hand, and one sandy, ideal for families and those who prefer to take it easy. This part of the coast also has a natural tidal pool where you can swim at low tide. There is lots to explore and dramatic scenery from the clifftops, especially if you care to visit the famous Round Hole, where a section of cliff has collapsed to form a deep circular blow-hole. You can also see plenty of wildlife, particularly the numerous species of birds which nest on the cliffs and surrounding areas, including of course the herring gull being one of the commonest, but you may also spot cormorants, razorbills, kittiwakes and possibly, if you're lucky, the rare chough. If you're a keen birdwatcher, why not bring your binoculars and see how many you can spot? The village itself boasts a pub, village store, beach shop and cafe where you can enjoy delicious ice cream, a farm shop selling local produce, and even a tea room and art gallery with gift shop- what more could you ask for?
