Description
A comfortable and homely Victorian family house in a quiet cul-de-sac just 100 yards from the beach; an ideal holiday base for a large gathering. Two sitting rooms, one with an open fire, and a large lawned garden provide the perfect spacious accommodation for one or two families or a group of friends. Only a mile and a half from Padstow, Trevone is a sheltered bay with a shop and café close by, lovely cliff walks and stunning views, all guaranteeing you’ll never want to leave. It has not one, but two beaches, one rocky and one sandy, ensuring hours of absorbing pottering for both young and old. This bay is also popular with surfers and you will find a number of local shops from which to hire or buy equipment, as well as a surf school in the next bay at Harlyn during the summer months.
This property offers a small group discount for parties of 8, 6 & 4 or fewer on full weekly bookings at certain times of the year. This discount is automatically applied and the holiday price you are quoted reflects this. GARDEN & PARKING: Gravelled parking area to front for 3-4 cars. Enclosed rear garden: small lawn, patio and decked terrace with sea view, picnic table NB. There is an attic floor which is locked and not used when the house is let.
Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Pets Welcome: £25 per pet per week. Information about bringing your pet.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent, open fire living room, coal effect electric fire sitting room, 4 night storage heaters downstairs, electric towel rail and fan heaters in bath/shower rooms; fan heater kitchen; electric heaters and electric towel rails bedrooms; hot water electric immersion heater.
Bedding and Linen: Linen and towels provided but please bring your own beach towels.
