A comfortable modern holiday bungalow in a small quiet close of similar properties ideally placed within two miles of a number of glorious sandy beaches - excellent for surfing (there are a number of surf equipment hire shops locally), one mile from the thriving village of St. Merryn and three miles from the historic fishing port of Padstow. Facilities on St Merryn Park include a sports bar, bar serving food, shop and tennis courts (seasonal opening times may apply to all facilities). The nearby Atlantic Bays and Maribou Park, both within easy walking distance, offer alternative venues for a drink or a meal. St Merryn Park is ideally located for exploring beautiful North Cornwall and is only half an hour's drive from the Eden Project. Lantic Star has been refurbished to a high standard throughout and provides a charming, well equipped home, in a contemporary style for an enjoyable stay. Lantic Star is right next door to Lantic Surf - ideal for those large family get-togethers; sleeping 12 in total.

GARDEN & PARKING: Driveway with parking for 2 cars, further cars may park in the road. Small lawned front garden with flower beds, enclosed garden to the rear, and patio with hardwood patio furniture, barbecue.

Changeover Day: Sunday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Pets Welcome: £25 per pet per week; maximum 2 medium dogs or 1 large dog Information about bringing your pet.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent; night storage heaters in all main rooms, underfloor heating kitchen area and bathroom, hot water electric immersion.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen provided; towels not provided but may be hired - see hire page.
Baby Equipment: None, but may be hired - see hire page.

Local Area

St Merryn is a hidden gem located within easy reach of the stunning coast of North Cornwall, with a friendly, welcoming atmosphere, helpful local convenience stores and delis, and a wide variety of places to eat.  Sometimes overlooked, due to the proximity of the larger town of Padstow just ten minutes' drive away, St Merryn is nevertheless a great holiday setting in its own right, its convenient location and many amenities attracting visitors back year after year. Known as the 'Seven Bays' area due to the number of beaches along this part of the coastline, you know you are approaching the village when you see the 'Seven Bays for Seven Days' signs on the road heading in. If it's a walking holiday you are looking for, St Merryn is an excellent choice, being near to beaches, cliffs and fields, where lovely views entice you from your holiday home and into the great outdoors.  And of course, if you have a four legged family member, they will love it too!  There is also a riding stables nearby if you've always wanted to explore the area on horseback (a wonderful way to see the stunning local scenery).
