A delightful modern holiday cottage with solid bamboo floors throughout, one of a number of chalets set within 27 acres of grassy parkland on a peaceful holiday park. Curlew is deceptively spacious, beautifully designed and furnished in a contemporary style to provide a light airy home well equipped with every comfort. The holiday park benefits from a children's play area, designated barbecue area, launderette, small seasonal shop and a bar. Curlew is perfectly located for exploring the North Cornwall coast, within a 10-minute drive you will find several stunning family friendly beaches, popular for activities like surfing, paddling boarding or rock-pooling. You can enjoy a complete digital detox at Curlew, a break from the distractions of modern life, but if you need to access Wifi, you can do so onsite from the clubroom. Less than 5 minutes down the road you have the bustling village of St Merryn with everything you could need, with a choice of pubs, restaurants, a bakery and local shops.
Kitchen/Lounge/Diner: Built in electric oven and hob, extractor hood, microwave, fridge/freezer, tumble dryer, dishwasher, mini hi-fi system with CD, tape and radio, TV with built-in DVD player, sofa bed.
Lobby: Washing machine.
Bedroom 1: Double bed (4'6"), wardrobe, drawers or shelving, hair dryer.
Bedroom 2: Bunk beds (3'), wardrobe, drawers or shelving.

GARDEN & PARKING: Car park close by with ample parking, a patio with 2 wooden tables and 4 chairs in front of the bungalow and grass all around the property. There is a designated barbecue area on the site (barbecues are not allowed at the property). There is also a children's play area on the estate.
Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent; panel heaters in all main rooms, underfloor heating, fan heater and electric towel rail in bathroom, hot water by electric immersion.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels).
Baby Equipment: Not provided but may be hired - see hire page.
Shop: Small shop on site (seasonal), otherwise 0.6 mls Pub: On site (seasonal). Otherwise 1.8 mls.
