Description
Situated directly on the waterfront in the popular harbour of Portreath, Harbours Edge is the perfect home from home cottage that attracts customers back year on year. This family friendly property offers sea views from every window and comes fully equipped with everything you need from a self-catered property. The two patios to the front and rear of the cottage provide all day sunshine and offer stunning sea and harbour views; the perfect spot for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The small sandy beach located 300 metres from the property is ideal for the whole family, from which you can access the south west coastal path.
Local shops, bakeries, pubs and restaurants are all within a short walking distance from the property, making it a convenient place to stay. Portreath has a small but popular surf beach and is also the start of the coast to coast cycle path which takes you to Devoran on the south coast. This cycle path is a fantastic day out for the whole family, enabling you to cross the county in just a few hours along the historic mineral tramways. For those who like to keep their feet firmly on the ground, the south west coastal path offers sensational views across this heritage coastline, with many popular Poldark filming locations within easy walking distance.
