Description

Templeton is a fantastic, spacious house tucked-away from the town centre but just 5 minutes’ walk from all the local amenities including the 3 miles of golden sand at Perranporth Beach. With plenty of space to spread out and a fully-enclosed garden to the rear, this is the perfect home for a family holiday near the beach or for a group of friends looking to spend social evenings in front of the log-burner.

A reverse-level house offering a main living room with two Juliet balconies with views across the valley and to the dunes in the distance; an orangery with bi-fold doors to the garden; four spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms all which provide great flexibility for groups.

If you haven’t visited Perranporth before then you’re in for a treat of glorious, golden sands, stunning ocean views from the South West Coast Path walks and the most amazing sunsets! A great beach for bodyboarding and surfing and with a good choice of cafes, restaurants and local shops, everything you need is close by.

FIRST FLOOR
Kitchen/Dining/Living Room:  Range cooker with gas hob and electric ovens, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, wine cooler, Bluetooth radio. Breakfast bar with 3 stools and dining set for 8. Opening to the Orangery with leather sofa and armchair and wood-burning stove. Bi-fold doors leading out to the deck and garden. Sea glimpses from the dining area window.
Sitting Room: Corner sofa, Snuggle swivel chair, 55” Smart TV with Netflix provided. Two Juliet balconies with far-reaching views across the valley and to the dunes beyond.
Bedroom 4: Twin beds (3’) – can be zipped together if requested at the time of booking, bedside tables, built-in wardrobes, Juliet balcony with countryside views.
Utility Room: washing machine, tumble dryer, sink leading to Shower Room: Electric shower, WC and washbasin.

GARDEN & PARKING: Private parking for 4 cars on gravelled driveway. Spacious deck with garden furniture and barbecue. Enclosed lawned garden built across several levels with options for seating. Pets Allowed: Max 2 dogs at £25 per pet per week.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels.

Located on the rugged North Coast, Perranporth is the gateway to one of Cornwall's most spectacular beaches where the three miles of beautiful golden sands, huge surf and sand dunes, full with wildlife all combine to make a pretty impressive location. Surrounded by countryside that inspired Winston Graham's Poldark novels, this bustling village has plenty to offer from ice-cream parlours, beach shops, family pubs, restaurants and cafes all serving delicious Cornish produce.

Perranporth beach is a remarkable playground for the whole family- build sandcastles, play football or explore the countless rock pools. Take a swim, have a picnic, take a stroll with some canine companions or at sunset, let it provide the perfect place to watch the sun go down! For the more active, there are surf and kite buggy schools on the beach and the coastal footpath, from the village provides stunning walking trails.
