The Dunes is an imposing development of beachfront apartments overlooking the three miles of undulating, golden sands and sparkling sea at Perranporth Beach, which is accessed directly from its grounds. If you’ve not visited Perranporth before then it’s time you did as once you have visited you will understand why everyone enthuses about it. It’s all about the beach and the views here as the vast stretch of sand is easily accessible from the property, which is ideal if you have youngsters in tow and beach equipment to carry. It’s also the perfect place for an array of outdoor activities and where you can even try your hand at kite buggying. The coast path is literally on your doorstep and if you venture out you will be rewarded with some breathtaking views and stunning scenery. One of just a few all year round pet-friendly beaches in Cornwall, dogs also love Perranporth!
No 16 The Dunes is a ground floor apartment all on one level with three separate balconies from which to enjoy the panoramic views of the beach, dunes and surrounding coastline. Finished to a superior standard, with stylish bedrooms, luxury bathrooms, on-site parking and a fabulous open-plan living space, you are sure to fall in love and want to return time and again. The north coast of Cornwall is renowned for its spectacular sunsets and the balcony is an ideal spot to snuggle up and watch the sun go down whilst listening to the crashing of the waves and making plans for your days ahead.
With a choice of restaurants just yards away, including The Watering Hole right on the beach, the Summer House offering fine food in a glorious setting and a great selection of local eateries with varied menus all within walking distance, you could leave your car parked up all week and just relax.

Kitchen/Dining Area: High specification Kettle Company kitchen with Bosch appliances including induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, wine cooler, DeLonghi Pump Espresso coffee machine. Dining table and chairs for 6. Washer/dryer in utility cupboard in hallway.
Master Bedroom: Superking size bed (6'), bedside units, dressing table, separate dressing room. Private balcony with bistro set for two and sea views. En Suite Shower Room: Thermostatic shower with luxury rainfall head, basin, w.c., shaver point and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 2: Superking size bed (6') - (may be unzipped to form two singles - please order the format required at time of booking), bedside units, wardrobe, tallboy. Private balcony with bistro set for two and sea views.
Bedroom 3: Twin beds (3'), bedside units, wardrobe, tallboy.

Simply stunning! We loved our stay in this apartment and only wish that we had booked it for longer. Sitting out on the balcony watching the sunrise each morning was just a dream, the sea views really are breathtaking. The apartment itself had everything that we needed and more, with plenty of space for six of us. I'm not one to normally visit the same place twice but I can't wait to stay here again.
Located on the rugged North Coast, Perranporth is the gateway to one of Cornwall's most spectacular beaches where the three miles of beautiful golden sands, huge surf and sand dunes, full with wildlife all combine to make a pretty impressive location. Surrounded by countryside that inspired Winston Graham's Poldark novels, this bustling village has plenty to offer from ice-cream parlours, beach shops, family pubs, restaurants and cafes all serving delicious Cornish produce.
Perranporth beach is a remarkable playground for the whole family- build sandcastles, play football or explore the countless rock pools. Take a swim, have a picnic, take a stroll with some canine companions or at sunset, let it provide the perfect place to watch the sun go down! For the more active, there are surf and kite buggy schools on the beach and the coastal footpath, from the village provides stunning walking trails.
