Local Area

Located on the rugged North Coast, Perranporth is the gateway to one of Cornwall's most spectacular beaches where the three miles of beautiful golden sands, huge surf and sand dunes, full with wildlife all combine to make a pretty impressive location. Surrounded by countryside that inspired Winston Graham's Poldark novels, this bustling village has plenty to offer from ice-cream parlours, beach shops, family pubs, restaurants and cafes all serving delicious Cornish produce.

Perranporth beach is a remarkable playground for the whole family- build sandcastles, play football or explore the countless rock pools. Take a swim, have a picnic, take a stroll with some canine companions or at sunset, let it provide the perfect place to watch the sun go down! For the more active, there are surf and kite buggy schools on the beach and the coastal footpath, from the village provides stunning walking trails.

Reviews

We loved the Penpont house and will likely stay again.Mrs A Hughes - 29th December 2015
This property lived up to our expectations even better than listed in the brochure. We were a party of 5 adults and 4 children and there was plenty of room. The rooms are large, airy with very big and comfy beds. We had a great Christmas in this lovely house; no-one wanted to leave and would love to try and return in the future.Mrs H - 27th March 2015
My husband booked this as a surprise for our anniversary and arranged with our friends so we all stayed together. It was fantastic- property, location and we would highly recommend. Thank you.Mr H - 28th October 2014
